Stoke Park Wedding Photography

Laura and Phil had me back at my favourite stomping ground, Stoke Park Club, where ten years ago yesterday we had our own wedding reception. As usual, the sun beat down on Stoke Park Club, thanks to their super cunning Ultimate Sunshine Machine TM (which they often lend to the kind folks at Hedsor House). I had always wanted to shoot at Penn Street Church, which is only a mile from my house, and always looks so gorgeous as I drive by, it didn’t disappoint. The boys had beers in The Squirrel, my local, and walked across the common to the church. Bliss.

The day unfolded perfectly, good light, a great crowd, my venue of venues, and some incredibly moving speeches, not a dry eye in the house. Having been off the Jelly Beans and Wine Gums for two months now, I am two and a half stone lighter, but my much loved Stoke Park chicken caesar salad just added to the occasion! I can’t resist one of those badboys when it’s placed in front of me 🙂

Laura and Phil were a joy to be around, revelling in the amazing atmosphere, and totally relaxed all day. My kind of wedding, I’d say.

Here is a slideshow of some choice favourites of mine, but you can find the entire collection here.
