Please complete the following questions to help the photography run smoothly on your wedding day.
This should be returned no less than 2 weeks before your wedding date, but also in good time for our pre-wedding conversation.

Photographer's meal provision (much appreciated but not compulsory)
If you are so kind as to provide a meal for me, the best time for this is as soon as your final guest has been served. I also use this time to back up all of the photographs to a laptop, so at risk of sounding hugely impolite, please do not seat me with the guests!

GROUP PHOTOS & COMMENTS

Below is a suggested guideline for swift family photographs (although obviously no family is the same). These can be completed typically within 20 minutes. Should you wish to add to these please do so in the box below. Please do consider though that these photographs take more time as you add more people. It is the waiting and looking for people where time is lost, not the photography itself. The less people involved, the less time the photographs will take. Much as I enjoy shooting these pictures, while I am standing still I am unable to be elsewhere shooting natural pictures of your wedding day.

Additional or Alternative Group Photographs
I usually also shoot Bride and Groom with Best Man, Ushers and Bridesmaids. I call these the Boys & Girls shots, and photograph you all in 5 combinations: Couple and Boys / Groom and Boys / Couple and Boys and Girls / Couple and Girls / Bride and Girls. Please write BOYS & GIRLS in the box below if you would like these photographs.

Special events / additional information
Please give details of any special events that you would like me to know about e.g. surprise presentation, singing waiters, magician, fireworks etc. For future reference it would be great to have the contact details of your main suppliers - florist / caterer / cakemaker / magician etc. Not essential, but it helps.

Overtime *
Weddings often do not run to schedule. If this is the case on your day and you would like Guy's attendance to finish after a specific event such as the first dance, then checking 'yes' will authorise Guy to remain until the event is complete. Overtime is charged at £75 per half hour / £150 per hour.
