Another Hedsor House Wedding – Lindsay and Steve

Back at my Local for another summer Hedsor wedding. Happy days! Of course the Hedsor House Ultimate Sunshine Machine™ had been switched on early and worked its magic all day long. I hadn’t seen Lindsay and Steve since they came to see me over a year ago so it was good to catch up. Lindsay had chosen an amazing yellow theme for her flowers (from my favourite florists Hot Flowers and Art ), which is so unusual at weddings, but suited the day perfectly – cheerful and sunny.

This will probably be the last wedding at Hedsor House before they cut the long grass that I like shooting in so much – so Lindsay made a special effort to wade right out into the thick of it for me, no mean feat in a long white dress and wedding shoes.

We went out to the Sunken Garden for a few pictures later on as the light was still so good, as the guests poured out to watch the sunset on the other side of the house. Hedsor House really does have the most incredibly well maintained grounds – the flowers are incredible – with loads of unexpected pinks and blues everywhere. It really is a stunning wedding venue, and I would work there every weekend if I was asked.

Thanks for having me Lindsay and Steve – congratulations on a great wedding!
